My shipment arrived at the Florida USA address on Feb 20, 2026. It is marked "Received at origin" and it has been like that until today March 7, 2026. I opened a case on February 26, 2026 and have yet to hear anything from them. They were not like this in the past so service quality has definitely deteriorated. I hope I get my package eventually but this is the last dealing ever with this company. If I can give 0 star, I would have. I advised everyone to AVOID them. Use a different service.
I ordered something in January, and it's been there for two months. I can't pay for the shipment request, first because my account was somehow on hold, now it doesn't let me pay for it, always showing an error. It's impossible to get answers from them, they don't reply to e-mails. Now, as I consult my package, it says I'm incurring a storage fee of 1$ per day, as it has reached the end of free storage time, with no fault of my own. It's infuriating, it has to be a scam
Ordered a laptop for work via the Shop and Ship service from the USA to NZ. Supposed to get the item in NZ within 10 working days, the package has been lying in their US warehouse now for three weeks. For the first two weeks I had no updates, no movements. Opened a case about a two weeks ago, no response yet at all. The complaints email which didn't take any responsibility. Reached out to NZ Aramex team as well and they haven't been able to get a response from the US team until 3 days ago. There were 3 duplicate packages added to the Shop and Ship account for one shipment.
Now after 3 weeks they are telling me that as their new address in now in Florida, the airlines they use don't ship items that has batteries which I've done previously (their old address was in NY) and they are trying to find alternatives. I needed the laptop for work and now i'm in a pickle. Absolute disgrace!
Its a scam organization by such an esteemed global player like Aramex. My shipment is with them for 10 days and they have no idea where it is. One day they say it has been assigned to someone else by mistake, next day they say its stuck at customs and another day they say its out for delivery but nothing is delivered. They have even stopped responding to emails. Such a useless organization, not sure how they are allowed to operate by Aramex.

This shipment was valued at $1000, and it was delivered to the wrong address. When I asked if the team could rectify this or utilize the insurance I believe I paid for, I was told there was nothing they could do. It's puzzling how the company cannot assist a loyal customer of many years. I am now canceling my account and will not be using this service again. The company should reevaluate how they treat their customers. I strongly advise considering another option, as their digital experience is terrible and very unreliable. You've been warned.

From my experience, the service has repeatedly opened my shipments without accountability for their mistakes. Whenever I order from the US, they open the package claiming it's for inspection, often removing seals from the items. Each time I contact customer service, I wait nearly 20 minutes just to get the same scripted response: 'Your case has been escalated, and you'll receive a response within 24–48 hours.' It's been far longer with no updates or accountability. This experience raises serious concerns about reliability. Customers expect clear communication and resolution, not endless waiting and empty promises. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses their customer support delays.
