I ordered something in January, and it's been there for two months. I can't pay for the shipment request, first because my account was somehow on hold, now it doesn't let me pay for it, always showing an error. It's impossible to get answers from them, they don't reply to e-mails. Now, as I consult my package, it says I'm incurring a storage fee of 1$ per day, as it has reached the end of free storage time, with no fault of my own. It's infuriating, it has to be a scam
