I placed an order on August 25th and after four weeks it was still showing as in transit I e-mailed the company and they replied immediately that it was still in transit. After two more weeks and I hadn't received it, they responded right away that they were sorry and I could either have my money refunded or a replacement order. I choe the replacement, it arrived within a week in great shape, Great company to deal with. I will definitely order from them again.
