I placed an order on August 25th and after four weeks it was still showing as in transit I e-mailed the company and they replied immediately that it was still in transit. After two more weeks and I hadn't received it, they responded right away that they were sorry and I could either have my money refunded or a replacement order. I choe the replacement, it arrived within a week in great shape, Great company to deal with. I will definitely order from them again.
The picture are of great quality, the diamond are so beautiful, and the company is great ,i made a mistake with my choice of diamonds ,wrote them a email and the fixed this for my with no problem. Thank you for a great experience. I recommend this company for all your diamond pictures.
Shop any deal must have changed suppliers as the print once was great and the last 2 we bought were such poor quality their only use was to be thrown out. Emailed some jokers in China and their customer service was so bad. Basically they said GFYS. Ill never buy from this site evet again. Will now buy from Annbuy. Their prints are so much clearer.
When I received my diamond kit of butterflies at first it appeared not everything was there. I sent a text and within 24 hours I received a reply. Then I realized the kit was complete. I wrote apologizing. I will order more kits in the future.
