I ordered a gas range at a fantastic Black Friday price. Delivery was initially set for Monday of Thanksgiving week, but I explained that I work on Mondays and Wednesdays. Although the customer service mentioned rescheduling would be challenging due to the holiday, they ultimately arranged delivery for Tuesday morning. Unfortunately, it did not happen, leaving me without a stove just two days before Thanksgiving after removing my old one in anticipation of the Tuesday delivery. Despite this setback, they worked hard to resolve the issue and delivered early Wednesday morning before I had to leave for work. To compensate for the inconvenience, they installed the new range, provided a new gas hose, and removed the old range. Both team members worked diligently to ensure my experience was a positive one, and they succeeded brilliantly.
