Ordered a wall over/microwave combo unit.The unit I ordered was delayed many times as it was a special order. To me customer service and support in this situation is paramount. I ended up getting a different unit and not only did they match the price of the oven that I initially ordered but through in an air fryer tray at no charge. Joseph and Bill did the best they could in this situation, and I appreciate that more than getting the original oven.
