Our old downdraft oven finally gave out after 29 years. I searched the internet over and over, I checked the big box stores over and over and never could find a downdraft that was affordable and fit the space in our counter that we needed. When she came back she not only had that measurement but all the measurements that I needed. She was so helpful, she sent me a link to complete the purchase, told me what to expect and even gave me some insight on attachments for the KitchenAide downdraft I had purchase. The entire process was super easy, super quick, and Shop Appliances were the best. Their customer service is one that truly CARES about their customers, I actually felt like I had found the people that are the leaders in this industry, and I live in Virginia and Natasha was in New York, but again, she made the transaction so pleasant.
