Placed an online order for an LG Washer/Dryer Combo on a Saturday…. Units were scheduled for delivery on the following Tuesday. Unbelievable turn around time! Not only did Shopappliances have the best price, they also have the best customer service. Upon placing my order I realized I selected the wrong dryer ( needed electric and accidentally purchased gas ) I made a phone call to customer service, placed the order for the correct one and it will be delivered tomorrow!! It’s very refreshing to know there is a business out there like this that still values customer service along with having the best pricing. Bravo to Joseph and his team! Excellent!
