Frustrating Experience with Damaged Delivery

I ordered all new appliances and paid for delivery and installation. Unfortunately, the fridge door arrived damaged, and the company assured me it would be replaced. It has now been 8 weeks since the damaged fridge was delivered and 10 weeks since my purchase. For the last 4 weeks, the updates have remained the same, stating they are still waiting for a response from the manufacturer. This situation is entirely unacceptable and reflects poor professionalism. I had seen mixed reviews before placing my order, but I decided to take a chance. Don't make the same mistake I did! Avoid ordering from them!
