My cord snapped within the first month and after contacting customer service they only offered me a discount code. Do not buy from this company unless you’re happy to spend quite a lot of money on something that will inevitably break very quickly. I’m sure they’d respond better to all the influencers they send freebies too, sadly not with their paying customers.
