A company that does not comply with consumer law. After just 5 months the pearl chain broke, and the only thing they offered was a 15% discount code. I’m definitely not spending any more money on this poor quality my Iphone almost broke. They sell non-conforming products at prices that are far too high considering the quality. Nice items, but unfortunately I won’t be shopping here again.
I really enjoyed both of my cases. Unfortunately, one had a string of beads that frayed after a month or two of use, which seemed like a quality issue. I initially sent a picture to the company via email but didn’t get a response due to using the wrong address (my error). However, when I finally reached out, even though I was past the warranty period, they were still willing to help. I truly value this level of service and will definitely keep recommending them to my friends. My other case is holding up well despite daily use.
I am not only a fan of their products, but their customer service is exceptional and was incredibly helpful when I faced an issue with my order shipment. They are very responsive, always supportive, and solution-focused. As a small business, I can only imagine the challenges they face, but kudos to the team for their dedication to customer care.
