I really enjoyed both of my cases. Unfortunately, one had a string of beads that frayed after a month or two of use, which seemed like a quality issue. I initially sent a picture to the company via email but didn’t get a response due to using the wrong address (my error). However, when I finally reached out, even though I was past the warranty period, they were still willing to help. I truly value this level of service and will definitely keep recommending them to my friends. My other case is holding up well despite daily use.
