I placed an order on 2.1.26 and their confirmation email stated: "We're working with our ateliers to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note processing time is 3-5 days."I contacted customer support 2.10 and 2.13 seeking shipping info. They responded 2.18 reiterating the 3-5 day processing in spite of it being significantly beyond that and said my package had shipped and was due between 2.18-2.22. On their site, the order information never changed or provided info about shipping. I contacted customer service again 2.21 and 2.23 when I still had no information. They have not responded. Today, 2.26, I received the shipping notice that my package was in transit starting on 2.24, way after customer support told me it was in transit, currently due 3.3-3.5 So far beyond their stated processing/shipping times with no explanation or further customer support. So, so disappointing.I'm scared of how long a return/refund would take if I need to request it given how terrible the customer support and processing times were.
