It took six weeks for the coat to arrive with absolutely no follow up from the company through email. It did not fit and I emailed them six times with absolutely no response wishing to return it. I filed the dispute with my credit card and it took them three weeks to respond to my credit card. I am going to be out close to $400 for a coat that my child does. I look like the Grinch in and is about four sides too big this has been an absolute awful experience.

I can confirm Atorie is not a scam i have purchase 2 leather bags from them and the quality is outstanding .i and from the UK so shipping took time around 32day to be precise i have since ordered another bag . so anyone reading if your not in a hurry for an item then please buy from them, i would highly recommend them .my only grumble is that they are very slow when you need information but there AI does talk you trough things.
I placed an order on 2.1.26 and their confirmation email stated: "We're working with our ateliers to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note processing time is 3-5 days."I contacted customer support 2.10 and 2.13 seeking shipping info. They responded 2.18 reiterating the 3-5 day processing in spite of it being significantly beyond that and said my package had shipped and was due between 2.18-2.22. On their site, the order information never changed or provided info about shipping. I contacted customer service again 2.21 and 2.23 when I still had no information. They have not responded. Today, 2.26, I received the shipping notice that my package was in transit starting on 2.24, way after customer support told me it was in transit, currently due 3.3-3.5 So far beyond their stated processing/shipping times with no explanation or further customer support. So, so disappointing.I'm scared of how long a return/refund would take if I need to request it given how terrible the customer support and processing times were.
