The service is utterly disappointing and ineffective. Getting assistance is nearly impossible; when visiting their website, the virtual assistant just leads you in circles. I submitted a case regarding a straightforward cashback for a purchase, and was informed that it would be processed automatically from valid stores after a few weeks. However, we never received any cashback. I reopened the case, and they asked me to upload the receipt twice, which was four weeks ago. The customer support from this company is alarmingly poor. I would rate them -10 if that were an option.
