I use ShopBack frequently to find great bargains. My only gripe is that accessing merchant websites via the app is occasionally laggy, but otherwise, no issues with tracking cashback credits and processing payments to my bank account. Would recommend.
While it requires a bit of effort to play games for substantial rewards, there's ample time to do so. There are numerous options to earn cashback, and payments are processed swiftly. I've recently reached the $70 milestone, withdrawn funds to my bank, and even purchased gift cards. I'm really enjoying this app and discovering even more ways to earn.

The service is utterly disappointing and ineffective. Getting assistance is nearly impossible; when visiting their website, the virtual assistant just leads you in circles. I submitted a case regarding a straightforward cashback for a purchase, and was informed that it would be processed automatically from valid stores after a few weeks. However, we never received any cashback. I reopened the case, and they asked me to upload the receipt twice, which was four weeks ago. The customer support from this company is alarmingly poor. I would rate them -10 if that were an option.
I really value this service as a great way to save money, especially during special events or holidays. I often forget to use it, though. It would be even more beneficial if purchases at certain stores with a linked card could still earn rewards.
