This platform is unreliable and should be scrutinized. I've noticed that many higher-value purchases often go untracked. When I raised the issue, they either claimed it was outside their claim window or stated the item wasn't eligible for cashback, despite their own terms not excluding it. Their process for handling missing cashback claims is cumbersome and shows a lack of accountability for their errors. Overall, their business ethics are questionable, and I find this extremely disappointing.
