I've had many purchases that haven't been tracked and the customer support has been unhelpful. I noticed several items weren't updating. The amount of traffic generated is profitable for someone else. Recently, I couldn't stay at a nonrefundable hotel because of missing details, leading to charges without any cashback. It seems impossible to resolve issues, and a lot of time and money is wasted on this app. I can't imagine how long it will take to actually see my cashback amount.
