I redeemed $200 and received an email with a transaction number saying it had been processed and put into my bank account. Never received the money so emailed them, never got a reply. Emailed them again and still waiting for a reply. Very disappointed with their lack of customer support and the help on the app is just a joke, how do your deal with a bot.
