I ordered a friendship bracelet, but on arriving realised it wouldn't fit an adults wrist. On contacting the firm I was in contact with Lexie who was extremely helpful and informed me I could keep the bracelet and order something else of the same value for free, which I thought was extremely good of her, I have since ordered some earrings but have yet to receive them, so will update once I receive them.
