The necklace itself is beautiful. I look forward to wearing it.I rated it a four as the necklace was 'broken' when I opened the box. It was easy to fix, which I did myself, and replacing the circular connecting the different pieces of the necklace. Your quality control should have caught this

Russell was very attentive and knowledgeable, we purchased several pieces of silver jewelry and a few other items, Russell was very patient as I was undecided on the many pieces I liked. Highly recommend stopping in the store or checking out the website.
I ordered a friendship bracelet, but on arriving realised it wouldn't fit an adults wrist. On contacting the firm I was in contact with Lexie who was extremely helpful and informed me I could keep the bracelet and order something else of the same value for free, which I thought was extremely good of her, I have since ordered some earrings but have yet to receive them, so will update once I receive them. Thank you Lexie for your excellent customer service and keeping me updated.
