I can't comment on all the other experiences here, but I had no issue dealing with this shop. I ordered coilovers and received them 2 weeks later. They responded when I asked when my order would be shipped, and also when UPS had a slip-up with the delivery. I'm only subtracting one star as the website showed the product to be in stock while it was actually on backorder, hence the 2 week delivery time.
