Total sham- bought a Kelvin heater from these guys and it simply did not work. The heater never heated up, and when I reached out to support to get help troubleshooting, they ghosted me. What a waste of money.I tried leaving an official review on their website, but they only allow "approved" reviews to show up there. Can't help feeling taken advantage of.
