One improvement I would appreciate in a future version is having the current room temperature constantly visible on the display; as it stands, you need to approach and press a button to view the temperature.

I share the sentiments of other one-star reviews. The app is completely unreliable, failing to connect to either version of the heaters. It won’t connect directly or through the thermostat. Support is nonexistent during evenings or weekends when most people need assistance at home. Steer clear of this company; they seem incompetent and uninterested in resolving the dreadful interface that has been problematic for years.
I encountered a small issue during installation and feared I’d be on hold for ages. The support team was the complete opposite: they answered in seconds, were very friendly, requested a couple of pictures, and guided me through the process step by step. We had the unit operational in about 10 minutes. The app is sleek, and the thermostat looks great on the wall, unlike some bulky older models.
The device is disappointing because the app never pairs with it despite numerous resets and restarts. Without the app, I have just an expensive decoration on the wall that I can’t use until I get to the bathroom, and by then, it’s too late to warm it up in the morning. I've wasted so much time trying to get the device to pair. It heats manually when turned on and off, but for temperature regulation, the app is necessary, and it has never successfully paired with the heater, despite reporting 'success.'
This product is a total waste of time and money. Support is entirely offshore, slow to respond, and only available during work hours for most people. If you want to return the product after all the frustration, there are hefty fees and unreasonable requirements. I wonder how much of their revenue comes from return fees hidden in their policy. The company's choice to impose such a significant return fee shows they are aware of their product flaws but refuse to address them. This is the first time I’ve been misled by a recommendation.
This is a review for the app associated with the product. I use it with a different system. I wanted to love this product and put in a lot of effort, but eventually gave up: Google Home integration doesn’t work. Home Assistant is not 'coming soon' as promised. The app has many bugs—temperature settings go out of the locked range, and unit controls appear and disappear unpredictably. It might be wise to wait for the company to stabilize their product before investing in it.
