This has been one of my most frustrating shopping experiences. I called the company immediately after placing my order to correct the address, yet it took them three days to make the change. When they finally did, they omitted the apartment number, complicating matters further. Due to their delay, the package was already late, and the missing apartment number ensured it wouldn't arrive on time. I had to contact the delivery service myself, which cost me an extra $8. The most aggravating part was that the company stopped responding to my emails, showing no interest in resolving the issue. For a business that charges premium prices, their customer service is utterly unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.
