My last experience with this service was incredibly frustrating.

I have previously used their app several times, but this will definitely be my last. I was charged twice for an item, and even after providing proof and documentation from my bank confirming the double charge, the customer service insisted they only see one charge, dismissing the other as just an authorization hold. I had to consult five different representatives at my bank, all of whom confirmed that the service mistakenly acknowledged both charges and that they weren't holding any funds on their end. The endless communication with customer service has been exhausting; calling them unhelpful is an understatement. They were quite condescending and showed no willingness to investigate the matter further. At one point, I received the same generic email twice, word for word. To make matters worse, they attempted to double charge me for another order on the day of shipment, but fortunately, I didn't have enough funds at that moment.
When the total amount is authorized and set aside, what happens when it’s time to finalize the charge but there are insufficient funds? Clearly, they wouldn’t ship the order, as they need the funds to do so. Yet, in my case, the order shipped without any issues, and the team confirmed that I was fully charged. This was only possible because the amount was settled the day I placed the order. Their system shows that the so-called 'authorization hold' was actually processed and settled immediately, not held.
Despite this, they still attempted to charge me again on the shipment date. If it had truly been just an authorization hold, the order wouldn't have shipped, and they wouldn’t show a successful settled amount from the original date. The payment was treated as settled from day one, the order was shipped, and they still tried for a second charge as if the first hadn’t occurred.
I find myself repeating these points because this is exactly how it feels when dealing with their customer service. They don’t listen or address any of my concerns or the documentation I provided; they only know how to copy and paste the same responses repeatedly.
Now, I'm waiting for my bank to resolve this issue, as I've lost all hope in resolving it with the service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

My experience with the company was absolutely terrible. They seem to conceal crucial return information and impose outrageous fees on customers, especially those from abroad. I was appalled to find out it would cost $40 to return a simple top, despite the checkout page suggesting returns were 'easy' and 'free' without warning about the actual costs. Their policies come off as deceptive, customer service is unhelpful, and the return process is far from straightforward. I will never shop with them again and strongly advise others to steer clear. There are many retailers that value transparency and fairness.

If I could give negative stars, I would

This is undoubtedly the worst retailer I have ever encountered. The operations are terrible, and customer service is appalling. They mislead customers about shipping dates as a norm, send items poorly packaged, and consistently fail to issue timely refunds. Don't waste your money with this company when there are far superior alternatives out there.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

When they finally did, they somehow changed it without the apartment number, making the situation even worse. Because of their delay, the package was already running late, and the missing apartment number guaranteed it wouldn’t arrive on time. I ended up having to call the delivery service myself, and the only option was to redirect the package to an access point — which cost me another $8 out of pocket. What makes it even more infuriating is that the company just stopped answering my emails and clearly had no interest in helping or taking any responsibility. For a company that charges premium prices, their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from them again.

The Most Frustrating Customer Service Ever

Quality Control Issues

I ordered a sweatshirt priced at $186 after a discount, but what I received looked used with stains and no tag. It's hard to believe how an online retailer could send out such a subpar product. I gave it 3 stars because customer service addressed the issue promptly and offered an apology. However, I feel it's important for online stores to enhance their quality control and customer respect. I wish I could share the photos of the sweatshirt.

ALERT!!!!

I ordered a shirt and received an empty box filled with packing paper. When I reached out to customer service, they insisted my order had 'shipped accurately and completely' and refused to issue a refund or replacement. I've paid $159 for nothing but an empty box. This experience was incredibly disappointing, and the customer service response only made it worse.

I'm here to update my review. After a negative experience with customer service, they managed to rectify their mistake. From a large online retailer, we expect high performance—perhaps my case was just an anomaly. Despite the error, they acknowledged it and took steps to fix it, which deserves recognition. Avoid Purchasing!

I've read numerous accounts of account cancellations, and now I understand why. They seem to assume that insufficient funds or sharing an IP address with someone who canceled their order means you're also a risk. It's unfair to anyone to deal with this. Their response to my cancellation inquiry was dismissive, stating they reserve the right to refuse service. I won't be placing any orders with them again.
