This has been one of the most frustrating shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I called the company right after placing my order to fix the address, and they still took three whole days to make the change. When they finally did, they somehow changed it without the apartment number, making the situation even worse. Because of their delay, the package was already running late, and the missing apartment number guaranteed it wouldn’t arrive on time. I ended up having to call the delivery service myself, and the only option was to redirect the package to an access point — which cost me another $8 out of pocket. What makes it even more infuriating is that the company just stopped answering my emails and clearly had no interest in helping or taking any responsibility. For a company that charges premium prices, their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from them again.
