Careful –– they stress their "free returns" but if the product is not delivered at Shopbop within 15 days of the customer receiving it, you are charged $10 for the return. This is pretty outrageous, especially since the customer has no control (or knowledge of) how quickly it will be shipped back. If they are going to have 15 day returns, it should be calculated based on when you ship it back –– not when they receive it. I sent an item back 10 days after receiving it, and it took a week for them to receive it, so they're going to charge me $10. Super shady business practice. Never ordering from them again!
