I returned my order within 14 days and had paid for standard delivery, which they are required to refund under consumer law. When I pointed this out, they refunded the delivery charge immediately, without questions. I have no complaints about how customer service handled it—they were prompt and polite—but they really should clarify the misleading refund wording on their site, as it doesn’t align with consumer law.
