I originally reached out because I thought 2 items were missing from my order. When I contacted customer service, their team was incredibly thorough and professional. They explained that they checked their warehouse packaging surveillance video and also had photos taken before packaging, which I honestly found so impressive.
After receiving their email, I went back and checked everything again more carefully. I then realized the items were not actually missing. When my first package arrived, I was in a huge rush because I was leaving for a snow trip that same day. I opened the package frantically just to grab my balaclava caps and must have completely overlooked the other items in the process.
So in the end, the mistake was mine, not theirs — and throughout the whole situation, the Cider team was kind, patient, detailed, and genuinely helpful. I’m honestly beyond impressed by the level of care they put into investigating customer concerns. Amazing customer service from start to finish!
