I purchased a brand new commercial coffee machine a year and a half ago. There was a faulty part during installation that needed replacement. After a few months, we faced another issue. When I requested a repair under warranty, I was told I needed to pay a deposit that would be forfeited if deemed my fault. Financially constrained, I had to abandon the repair. A year later, one of the shots stopped working. Due to the warranty period, they said they couldn't help and provided a list of independent engineers. Over time, the shots became watery. Eventually, I had to buy a new machine from a different company that offers free services with a reasonable coffee purchase. I regret not choosing them initially to avoid the $2,000 plus engineer visits.
