Shop with confidence at Shop Coffee. Top-notch Customer Service. I ordered 2 different spares-for an Aeropress and for a Pezzeti stovetop coffee maker. These were despatched promptly and arrived well packaged. The delivery was made to my daughter's address in a different city as one of the spares was for her. Therefore it was a little time before I collected my spare from her. A bit more time I elapsed before I started to replace the coffee pot handle. At this point I discovered that there was no hole in the handle to accept the fixing pin. I therefore emailed Shop Coffee who asked me to send a photo for clarity. As the festive season and a bout of 'flu had intervened quite a lot of time had elapsed since the delivery date. Nevertheless Maz provided excellent customer service. He rang me to say that he had been in contact with his supplier who were now checking all their stock as the first few they had checked were also faulty. He explained that if they were unable to send a spare that was not faulty he would contact me the next day and refund the cost of my purchase. In this case, which was what happened, he suggested that I try drilling out a hole, but he would be refunding the cost without me having to return the handle or the other spares included in the set. The refund was immediate. Thank you Maz.
