I bought a brand new commercial coffee machine a year and a half ago. During installation, a faulty part needed to be replaced. After 2 to 3 months, we faced another issue. When I requested a repair under warranty, I was told I had to pay a deposit that would be kept if deemed my fault. Financial constraints led me to abandon the repair. A year later, one of the shots stopped working. Due to the warranty period, they claimed they couldn't assist and provided a list of independent engineers. Over time, the shots became increasingly watery. In the end, I had to buy a new machine from a different company that offers free services as long as I purchase their coffee in reasonable quantities. I regret not choosing them initially, which would have saved me over $2,000 in engineer visits.
