I’m very let down by this experience and will not be returning. I bought a pair of pants during a sale, and the very next day, the price dropped an additional 20% while the item was still available. I reached out to request a price adjustment or to cancel and reorder, but I was informed that neither option was possible. I work for a small business and we always strive to ensure our customers feel valued and satisfied with their purchases. Unfortunately, this situation left me feeling deceived and frustrated. At this point, I don't even want the pants anymore due to the negative experience.
