I've shopped with this brand a few times. The designs are adorable, but the quality of the clothing is frankly disappointing. I followed the washing instructions before wearing a shirt because it had an unpleasant odor when it arrived. After a gentle wash, the shirt shrank beyond recognition, and I didn't even put it in the dryer. I was still within 30 days of my purchase, but the brand would not accept the return. Their customer service is lacking, and I won't be shopping there again.
