I ordered a blouse and pants set as an international order. Unfortunately, the pants do not fit as they do not match the measurements provided online (I spent considerable time measuring and comparing them to other pants I own), and they cannot be adjusted according to the model's sizing on the website. The blouse is the same size but fits much larger. I actually like the set and want to wear it, so I emailed to inquire about an exchange. I quickly received a standard response stating that items cannot be returned or exchanged because it was purchased on sale. Meanwhile, the pants are now available in all sizes at full price on the website. Very disappointed and expecting much better customer service for such high-priced clothing!
