Shop earl is a scam they sent me the wrong item on purpose I ordered a glass window and received a dirty rusty triangle piece of iron. No one knows what it is not even a mechanic I showed. Then when I tried to return the item I know I didn't order they said they would take a 20% restock fee and shipping fee out of my refund. Why pay a restock fee when I never ordered what they sent me? Plus I already paid for shipping when they sent me the wrong item. I think they are running a scam a lot of people get sent the wrong items. Figured they'll make money off people from the restock fee. I was told it would take 3-5 days to get the item it took 16 days to get the dirty rusty triangle piece of iron and when it got delivered the box was already opened. I ordered a glass window for a car so why would it take 2 weeks for them to deliver the wrong item. I gave them my cars make , model and Vin number and the item they sent is not compatible with my car. The mechanic didn't even know what it was.
