Placed an order, money taken with no problem, unfortunately the wrong item was sent. First time ive ever ordered something and not received a confirmation email or text so when trying to return i have no order number so you cant return through online return form. I put in my email to help with order and no order shows but bank statement shows differently and I did receive item, just the wrong part, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call thats labeled spam with the other 12 call a day😡 with a voicemail to contact them, only to go through the same bullshit again! Order at your own risk and pray you receive the correct part

Scam site.

They took 5 days to tell me they dont have my part but gladly accept the money and take forever to refund, I habent even got the refund yet. Now im out of groceries, medicine, cant get to work, cant take my mom to her docters. These dudes are scammers avoid at all costs.

Top notch customer service...I wasn't certain that the part that I ordered was specific to my vehicle so I called to double check...Customer service agent that I spoke with was extremely polite and helpful...The part that I received was as described and shipped promptly...I ended up getting a bad tracking # through the company that was shipping the item but the communication via email was timely and courteous to get everything sorted out...Would highly recommend
