Having used Lazada happily for many years a merchant convinced me to purchase a large bundle of items on their shopee store instead. They stated that it was easier for them to adjust the price in shopee as I had requested to swap out one item in the bundle for another product that they sold. I found the merchant's shopee store, added the items that I wanted, registered my card and paid. Within an hour, shopee cancelled my order, stating that the vouchers I had used could not be used together and violated their T&C's, leaving me over 35000 baht out of pocket for up to 2 months while they process the refund. This is unacceptable since their system automatically applied the vouchers at checkout.
