Shopee Thailand provides a much better experience compared to Shopee Malaysia. The customer service in Thailand acts faster, responds more efficiently, and resolves issues without unnecessary delays. Refunds and returns are handled more smoothly, making the process far less stressful. In contrast, Shopee Malaysia feels slow, unresponsive, and complicated, often wasting buyers’ time. The difference is obvious—Thailand’s Shopee shows that the platform can be reliable and supportive, while Malaysia’s version falls short of even basic expectations. Both are the same company, but the gap between Thailand and Malaysia is shockingly big, raising serious questions about why Shopee Malaysia cannot deliver the same standard of service.

Beware

Shopee offers rewards for late deliveries but cancels your order so they don’t have to pay out and you don’t get compensated…you don’t get your goods and you have to wait approx 10 days to get your refund…nasty bit of work.

Just another asian scammer site. Order a very small item to test upon research nobody receives items and if they do they are things they didn't order. Scam website dot use it

No Costumer Service. Only 2 Days to manage the return from damaged Hub. Than the return request ist delited without Answer. Never again Shoppee. I lost 6000 Baht

No Way to Contact Customer Service Through the Website

They allow you to create an account and make purchases on the website; however, the only way to contact customer service is through the app, which is available exclusively in the Thai App Store. If you are a foreigner with an Apple account not based in Thailand, you cannot install the app and therefore have no way to contact them. This is ridiculous.

Absolute horsemanure company

Absolute horsemanure company. You cannot reach them as their chat does not work on the computer and there is no phone number for them. Mickey mouse company. The seller sent the wrong item as well and does not respond. I highly recommend not doing business with this company. So many complaints. No customer service. I imagine many customers get ripped off and they do not care. I might add that they know the chat does not work on the computer as I had this problem months ago when a criminal seller sold me a fake phone and Shopee lied to me about helping me. Shame on me for using this useless company.

I ordered a baby high chair with Bluetooth and mesh seat . You won’t believe that they sent only the mesh seat and our daughter on her way over with her child. Unbelievable. I know they are all abit dodgy but I would stay away from this one

Shopee

Shopee – more and more sellers are demanding prepayment. If the wrong item is then delivered (like the Monster headphones I received from seller Kxxx...) and you hope for help from Shopee, you're out of luck. The seller's response: "Initiate a refund." So I'm supposed to do all the work, even though the mistake is the seller's. Beware of Shopee and certain other stores. Their customer service is abysmal.
