I buy a lot of products from Shopee.th, but consumers must be aware that, if something goes wrong, and it does at times go wrong, then you are on your own.Recently I received a partial order from Robert Bosch Thailand (ORDER ID. 2509105ND8CYEA). This is the most idiotic online shopping service I have ever experienced:1. Shopee won't allow you to download the Shopee app from the Apple store unless your account is located in the exact region served by Shopee. I am an expat living in Thailand, my Apple account is registered in my country of origin, and I cannot download the Shopee app because it is geofenced (but I can download the Lazada app).2. In case something goes wrong, you can only contact Shopee using the app. And if you are not allowed to download the app, then you are out of luck.I complained one year ago about this situation with the Shopee HQ in Singapore. They did not give a dime. Now I am really very close to stop using Shopee.
