Use at your own risk. I ordered 2 items at the same time. 1 for 7892 THB and 1 for 192 THB. The seller of the more expensive item cancelled, so I cancelled the 192 THB order.I got refund of 192 THB - but guess what? The refund of 7892 never reached my bank. Shopee have now TWICE told me to contact the bank or wait up to 45 days while they do nothing.Despite the fact that I called the bank, the bank agreed that no refund for that amount was made, and they will contact MasterCard (which, if successful, will take 45-60 days!!), Shopee still refuse to engage.My advice - do not spend what you can not afford to lose. If something goes wrong - YOU WILL BE THE LOSER.
