1 Star for recent experience, otherwise 5 stars.I had the highest level on Shopee for quiet a while, platinum. One item I bought I guess was sent through the sellers fleet and not shopee. Around 500 baht, no big deal. Well it never came, then out of the blue my app changed the item to received status with out my knowledge. When I contacted customer support I got a run around copy/paste responses with timeouts. I was told to prove that I never received item. Well I closed my account. If you use Shopee you may want to double check that the shop your buying from is using the Shopee network for delivery. I've moved on to Temu.
