SHOPEE collected the money for my order (THB 4451 for 3 solar-powered wifi cameras) and sent me a package containing a can of liquid (worthless).When I filed a complaint proving the fraud (video and photo of the opening of the package), the after-sales service refused a refund and chose to reship a second package.I contacted the shipping company before delivery to find out the size of the second package (because normally the package must be large since it contains 3 cameras).After checking, the shipping company confirmed that the second package was abnormally small and seemed to contain liquid.I refused the second package and contacted SHOPEE after-sales service again to request an immediate refund.No goods corresponding to my order were ever delivered. NO REFUND.SHOPEE is a company that steals and defrauds its customers.Never order from SHOPEE which is not a serious company.
