Low quality SCAM company, who rob their customers.I have made purchase via shopee.co.th, but got wrong item of poor quality (and it was not mistake). In fact, they simply robbed me by sending me a thing several times cheaper than the one I ordered. The seller did not mark the order as shipped and this order is still hanging in their system as "pending shipment". I take into account that I had several purchases, I noticed this only after receiving. The courier does not allow checking the parcel before payment - this is the company's policy. And after payment, I wrote a complaint to which they simply sent me a reply "contact the police, because in our system the order is not marked as shipped." In fact, this is just a ready-made legalized fraud scheme that this company supports.
