Shopee doesn't refund me my moneyShopee has to refund me 4 items and the customer care service has no insights of the accounting... With Screenshots I have proved 100% that Shopee didn't refund me my money. The customer care wrote me that they have done the refund of one item, the other items they ignored. Again, no prove or evidence from the Customer Care. The problem is that the Customer care cannot check the accounting! I have no chance to get my money back.It is actually much worse... Shopee in Thailand that is owned by Shopee Singapore is actually a total spam firm... The customer care service in Thailand explained me that they do not have or can look in the record of their customer wallet account! So that I have to prove how the money were transferred or not transferred in my case. Imagine you have an account called wallet with that you can transfer money, pay money and they don't have any record of the any transaction! That was telling me Shopee. In China they have checked Alipay and other typical money transfer action from Jack Ma and closed his Alipay so that Alipay has to be a structured like a bank. Exactly the same spam is doing Shopee with their wallet account..,. You don't get any bank statement of any transaction done from your wallet account. I will go to the police in 14 days if I don't get the bank statement of the last 2 months. And Shopee said that they don't have any or cannot see the record of my wallet account! That is total spam and it is a crime in my case! I need the support of all of you to do a criminal lawsuit against Shopee
