NEVER BUY FROM SHOPEE!I bought a product and needed to return it. As I have a foreign google account i cannot download the shopee app. Therefore I have to go through customer service to return products. Customer service told me they are looking into my issue, (what issue?? it's literally a very simple problem to solve!!) but after 10 days they are not responding. I will NEVER be buying from shopee again. Absolutely the worst customer service experience.
