The customer service is missing at all. The vendor is a cheater after the paying the full amount , cash on delivery for the products in the box, after opening the box an item is missing, literally the vendor is a thief, There is no phone number for customer service, and there was only online form to fill and submit, I did that on Dec 7, they stated yes we are sending you the refund, you should have in 5 business days, today is Dec 22, and I still have no refund. I had little confidence in this business to start, but this experience has completely destroyed any confidence, I am not going to be able to order anything through Shopee, this is simply theft by Shopee and their vendors and I am sick of it.
