Ordered a pair of sandals from one of their venders (Nuan-), tried to return (size is to big) by first chatting with the seller (Nuan-). They said no. Tried to get in contact with Shopee the published phone # but it is not in operation. Through email Shopee keeps telling me to contact the seller first. Then I tired to change size with the seller, the seller said 'no' because of the negative review I typed. No resolution as of this review. Not a pleasant experience!
