Just been scammed on Shopee by a parallel delivery. Basically Shopee's approach is a thieves charter. Ordered a product with payment on delivery, and a couple of days later received a delivery for the same odd amount. Paid - from my bank it turns out that was to the delivery driver personally rather than the vendor or courier company - opened the box, mostly air, and found something cheap I hadn't ordered. My original Shopee order says that it hasn't been despatched so I can't return the 'wrong' product. The seller is q0pwq_9k0u.Shopee won't allow me to comment on the purchase as it 'hasn't been shipped yet'. And I'd need the Shopee app which they won't let me download as Google has an address for me outside Thailand.
